✅ REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE BEAT BATTLE ✅
1️⃣ SUBMITTING YOUR BEATS: To participate in the Beat Battle, you must submit your beats to the moderator via email. Make sure to label your beats properly, following this format: Example: {PRODUCER NAME} Highest, {PRODUCER NAME} - The Most High 2, etc. Submit a beat pack containing 5 to 10 beats, all in MP3 format and full length. No snippets allowed!
2️⃣ DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: Remember, it is mandatory to send your beats by email before the battle on Friday or bring them to the event. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
3️⃣ COMPETITION FORMAT: The Beat Battle will be a head-to-head competition between producers. The winner of each round will progress to the next stage until the best two meet in the finals. Get ready for an exhilarating journey towards victory!
4️⃣ PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES: During the competition, you will play your finished productions for the judges and the audience. Make sure your tracks have no vocals in the hook or throughout the track, as this will lead to disqualification from the Beat Battle.
5️⃣ EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT: For the virtual producers, please wear Air Pods or headphones during the Beat Battle to ensure optimal sound quality.
⚡ THREE ROUNDS ⚡
- FIRST ROUND: Each producer will have 45 seconds to showcase their skills.
- SECOND ROUND: Each producer will have another 45 seconds to impress the judges.
- THIRD ROUND FINAL: In the final round, producers will have 1 minute to present their beats twice.
🚨 BEAT BREAKER RULE 🚨 In the event of a tie, the Beat Breaker Rule will come into play. Keep in mind that you can lose by knockout at any time during the rounds, based on the audience and judges' decision.
